Four Decades

The Beginning in Baião
Restaurante Fonte Nova opens its doors in Baião with a clear vision: to serve genuine Portuguese cuisine in a family-friendly and welcoming environment. The roasted kid recipe becomes the house's great specialty from day one.
Growth and Recognition
The reputation of Fonte Nova grows beyond Baião. Families from all over the region make visiting the restaurant a tradition. Weekends fill with groups and celebrations, transforming the space into a gastronomic reference for the municipality.
